About Library.

  • All members of the staff and students of the college are members of the library and are entitled to borrow books.
  • The library will be opened from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days and it will be closed on Sundays and all recognized holidays.
  • Books from the references section will not be allowed to be taken out of the library except with the written authorization of the Principal. They can be consulted in the library room on all days during which the library remains open.
  • Strict silence should be observed in the library.
  • Books cannot be sublet. Those who violate this rule will be severely punished.
  • All marking,folding, underlining, shading etc. on books are punishable with a fine or with replacement or both.
  • The student must satisfy themselves as to whether the book issued to them is in good condition and if it is not, it should be brought to the notice of the Librarian. For all damages to books noticed at the time of their return to the library the borrowers will be held responsible and they will have to pay the cost of replacement.

About Laboratory

Following are the general rules to be followed in the computer and electronics Labs.

  • Students should involve in the lab work in the most disciplined fashion and should maintain silence and cleanliness.
  • Equipments should be handled with care.
  • No equipment should not be displaced from its original position.
  • Strict action will be taken if any article is stolen from the Lab.
  • If any equipment or apparatus is broken, out of carelessness, the student will have to pay a fine.
  • Student s should sign the logbook at the time of the Lab hour.

Department
Associations

Each department has an association for planning and implementing various activities depending on the requirements and interest of the students. The head of the department is the president of the associations and there shall be a student secretary for arranging programs.

Tutorial
System

This has been organized for furthering the bond between teacher and students. For that Purpose each classes assigned by a teacher. The students can consult his /her tutor on all matters related to both academic as well as now academic matters. This system is further reinforced by linking it up with the Parent Teacher Association.

A canteen has been setup for the refreshment of staff and students. It is the best place where teachers and students can make in an informal communication. The Management of the Canteen is directly under the control of College Administration. The Contractor of the canteen is selected according to the available and suitable quotations.
